I had an extremely difficult IT project to complete, to connect a web-based POS system to numerous in-store fiscal printers. It took a while to find a person who could understand perfectly the complexity of the task and who could provide solid solutions quickly. Massimo was that person, an IT wizard and rare professional who exceeded my expectations. Not only did he complete the task ahead of schedule but also provided many valuable suggestions for new integrations to the system. Moreover, he provided the necessary training to the retail team on its use and continued to guarantee us instant support seven days a week. Since completion of the project it is a real pleasure to continue working with Massimo on new projects, it is fair to say that he has become an indispensable part of our team. Buon lavoro Massimo!
